David Gibbs

David Gibbs, President of Paramount Commercial Real Estate Services (PCRES) has over ten years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate field. Having grown up in Omaha, Gibbs is extremely familiar with the area. Being invested in the day-to-day operations of the company, Gibbs handles lease negotiations, service contracts and the financial overview of both the properties he manages and PCRES. Gibbs has managed a variety of property types including Office, Industrial, Retail, Home Owners Associations, Property Owners Association , Condominium Owners Associations. His goal is for PCRES to become recognized as one of the best commercial property management firms in Omaha.

Derek Bush

Director of Accounting

 

Derek has 2.5 years of service with PCRES and is responsible for implementing and maintaining our system of internal controls. These controls ensure company assets are adequately safeguarded and that all financial reporting is prepared in compliance with all financial policies and requirements.

 

Rob Cook

Service Manager

 

Rob Cook, Service Manager at Paramount Commercial Real Estate Services (PCRES) has been with the company for over two years where his role has put him in contact with a variety of tenants. Cook has over 20 years of experience in service and currently manages all maintenance needs including lawn care, general electrical and plumbing issues, snow removal, drywall and flooring repairs and door or window replacements to name a few.

Myra Mulholland

Office Manager

 

Myra Mulholland, Office Manager at Paramount Commercial Real Estate Services (PCRES) has been with the company for over a year. Mulholland is the Office Manager for all PCRES commercial properties as well Cynet Communications,  and assists tenants with the day-to-day running of their businesses. Duties include not only front office communication such as answering phone lines and distributing mail, but assisting in accounting, invoicing, leasing and management.

Andrew Jackson

Property Manager

 

Andrew Jackson, Property Manager at Paramount Commercial Real Estate Services (“PCRES”) has been with the company since the winter of 2011. Jackson performs general maintenance and inspections of properties, along with assisting in contract negotiations, and coordinates maintenance requests made by tenants.  Jackson also performs security checks for properties.

Barry Higgins

Service Technician

 

Barry Higgins, Service Technician at Paramount Commercial Real Estate Services (“PCRES”) has been with the company since the fall of 2013. By assisting with both routine maintenance as well as building and landscape upkeep, Higgins helps to keep properties updated.

Karen Barry

Administrative Assistant

 

Karen Barry, Administrative Assistant at Paramount Commercial Real Estate Services (PCRES) joined the company in the fall of 2013. Based out of the Empire Professional Offices, her daily tasks include answering phone lines, faxing, copying and distributing mail for tenants. Additionally, Barry handles monthly billing and assists management with various projects.

 

Alissa Gniadek

Receptionist

 

Alissa Gniadek, Administrative Assistant at Paramount Commercial Real Estate Services (PCRES) joined the company in the fall of 2013. By welcoming both tenants and their clients at both Discovery Plaza and Empire Professional offices, Gniadek provides a friendly first impression. Tasks include answering phones, distributing mail and assisting other staff.

Sharon Johnson

Receptionist

 

Sharon Johnson, Receptionist at Paramount Commercial Real Estate Services (“PCRES”) joined the company in late summer of 2013. Based out of our Empire Professional Offices, her daily tasks include answering phone lines, faxing, copying and distributing mail for tenants. Additionally, Johnson is responsible for collecting and maintaining current certificates of liability insurance for all commercial tenants as well as assisting management with projects.
